Miles Numan
After 11 years of playing the drums for various bands covering Funk, Blues and Jazz, Miles Numan found his true love in house music. When promoters and club owners saw his talent he was soon invited to become resident DJ @ ‘Alter Spanier’ in Zofingen (near Zurich), where he hosted a breakthrough house night on a Thursday.



In addition to his growing reputation as DJ, he co-founded Groovenite.com, Switzerland's first true housemusic e-magazine. The aim of the online magazine was to bring the news of the Swiss and international house music scene to one website.

He is a regular across Switzerland’s leading clubs including Club Q (Zurich), Loft Lucerne & the Tosee Club (Fribourg) and Castellino (Biel) .Groovenite also grew in popularity and events were demanded in Switzerland and Germany where Miles was resident DJ welcoming guests such as CJ Mackintosh, Paulette, Jamie Lewis and Francesco Diaz.

In 2006 Miles Numan turned his hand to production. Together with the renowned Swiss producer Joe Calabro he made a funky vocal house track called “Tropical Paradise” and already got good feedback from numerous A-list DJ’s, and major labels interested in signing. Currently he is working with Map Dance Records Label with Mr. Mike. He is also kept busy with clubbing brand “We Love House” throughout Switzerland, and in hosting various showcase Groovenite events across Europe. With a hectic DJ schedule both in Switzerland and abroad, in addition to being in demand within the studio it looks like a busy winter for Miles as he spread his reputation and magic across the world.
